Founded in 1856, Holy Blossom Temple was Toronto’s first synagogue. Holy Blossom Temple joined the Reform movement in the 1920’s, and in the 1970’s, they began to embrace more traditional practices. Holy Blossom is a leading Reform Jewish congregation with a rich history of responding to tradition and modernity in their religious and spiritual expression.
