Location

Our Head Office and kitchen facility is located at 5000 Dufferin Street, North York ON M3H 5T5. 

We have a second kitchen facility located at 1445 Eglinton Avenue West, Toronto ON M6C 2E6. 

Many roles include attending off-site events throughout Toronto, the GTA, and surrounding areas.

    Job Details & Requirements

    • 5-10 years of cooking experience
    • 3 years of catering experience
    • Work 5 days a week at main kitchen commissary
    • Valid drivers license / ability to drive

    • Strong leadership skills
    • Ability to run a team of 10+ people
    • Work 5 days a week in main kitchen commissary
    • Lead offsite events when possible
    • Valid drivers license / ability to drive

    Job Details & Requirements

    • Extensive kosher catering experience
    • Manage a team of 10+ chefs
    • Ideate, create, and plate high quality cuisine
    • Detail orientated
    • Ability to handle high stress situations
    • Ability to run and maintain kitchen by yourself
    • Ability to take artistic direction and implement dishes from Executive Chef
    • Ability to manage conflict with an even temper

    Job Details & Requirements

    • Wednesday – Sunday shifts
    • Some kitchen experience preferred but not required
    • Organize outgoing jobs
    • Load out for every event
    • Handle all shipping and receiving
    • Handle the procurement of liquor, drinks, disposables, and event equipment
    • Keep shipping area organized at all times
    • Receive items coming back from events
    • Organize décor items
