Working with us to plan your wedding is a stress-free experience. We know that you have a lot going on, so we make the catering as pain-free as possible. With over 40 years of experience, we’ll create a custom menu to fit your specific needs. From setup to teardown, we take care of everything – the only thing you’ll need to worry about is if you’re in the mood for meat or fish.

Encore just catered our 2nd annual Open House Customer Appreciation evening. And what a night it was. In just three hours this amazing team served hot and cold apps to more than 300 guests. Everyone raved about the food and service. A week later we were still receiving text, emails, and calls about the Encore team thank you Cary and team for making our event a huge success.

Encore catering catered our wedding at Bloomfield Gardens on July 29th, 2023. We went to their tasting event last October and absolutely loved the food. They were recommended by our venue and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The food was absolutely delicious & all of our guests, even the picky eaters raved about it. It was a very satisfying experience with Encore, I booked their dinner menu on my wedding day. The food is beyond my expectation. Definitely taste better than what I normally had in a fine dining restaurant.you could tell they put a lot of heart and work in to their food, well prepared and presented, beautiful garnish. the chef and server is super polite and caring. Encore catered our daughter's and son in laws magnificent tented wedding at an outdoor venue on Aug 29/2021. They are extremely professional, competent, and very easy to work with. We are still receiving rave reviews about the quality of the appetizers, main dishes and extras throughout the night. The portions were beyond and all of our guests were totally satisfied. We were overwhelmed with calls, texts and emails from our guests about the quality of everything mentioned above. We were required to provide kosher food for certain of our guests and they too were extremely satisfied. If you are planning a large event, David Silber and his wonderful staff will provide you with a worry free event of the highest quality. We feel that we received excellent value. We highly recommend Encore and would utilize their services again should we be fortunate enough to make another function.

We hired Encore to cater our wedding bash. The office staff was very helpful and responsive to set up our menu and provide a tasting. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the day of staff. They made everything run incredibly smoothly and liaised with us in a way that added absolutely no stress. Our guests raved about the food and presentation. Encore even plated food items brought by our friends and family. We would highly recommend.

Our original caterer wedding caterer backed out 4 days before our wedding day. Within a couple of hours of sending Encore Catering an email, David S reached out to me saying they could cater our wedding. David was a pleasure to work with, he took the time to ask questions to ensure everything was exactly how we wanted it, and he came through with an amazing job. I can’t imagine how much effort it took to get everything organized for us in such a short time, but with David and Shiras’ amazing organization, hustle and determination, they gave us the wedding we have always wanted. I can’t say enough kind things about David, Shira and the Encore staff, but the smiles on our and our guests’ faces said everything. Thanks again so much, it was a pleasure working with you!
