With over 40 years of experience, we’ll create a custom menu to fit your specific needs. From setup to teardown, we take care of everything – the only thing you’ll need to worry about is if you’re in the mood for meat or fish.

Encore is a top-tier catering team and they were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. Rebecca was incredibly organized and responsive throughout the planning process, helping us carefully think through the flow of the evening so everything ran seamlessly. So many of our guests raved about the delicious food, generous portions, and how much they enjoyed interacting with Encore’s friendly staff. A special shout-out to Connie as well—our MC had nothing but great things to say about working with her. Our wedding day would not have been the same without Encore, cannot recommend enough!! Right from the tasting all the way through to the appetizers, dinner, and late night food, every detail was perfection. Guests are still calling 2+ weeks later asking who our caterer was, the food and presentation was that memorable. David and his team provided exceptional communication, responsiveness, and professionalism. We also had some meals from F&B which Kosher guests raved about. Using Encore you can you count on creative and innovative food and generous portions that leave guests full and happy! We couldn’t have been happier with Encore Catering for our wedding. The food was absolutely outstanding - the beef short rib especially was to die for and became the clear guest favorite. We had people coming up to us all night (and still months later) saying it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding and something they’ll never forget. Encore went above and beyond to accommodate multiple guests with Celiac disease, allergies, and vegetarian/vegan preferences. Everyone felt taken care of and raved about their meals. Service on the day was flawless - smooth, efficient, and friendly. Timing for cocktail hour, dinner, and late-night snacks flowed seamlessly. One server in particular stood out to us, he felt like a friend and matched our fun wedding vibe perfectly (I wish we had caught his name!). Leading up to the wedding, Encore was extremely responsive, flexible with last-minute changes, and easy to work with when customizing our invoice. They collaborated seamlessly with our venue and other vendors, which made things so much less stressful. Encore truly elevated the atmosphere of our wedding and left a lasting impression on everyone. I can’t say it enough but the food was delicious, and they were efficient, and their customer service was amazing. We’re already recommending them to our friends without hesitation.

We chose encore for our wedding that happened last weekend... Food was important for us and they did not disappoint, they were the rave of the night. We did a half dozen tastings, and Encore was not only the best, but the highest quality ensuring nothing hurt out stomach or left us feeling bloated. The only worry we had was offsite preparation but let me tell you... The food arrived better on our wedding day than it tasted at the tasting and the biggest compliment of our wedding. Ironically Encore also did our inlaws wedding, we did not know that until we booked them. For decades 30+ years they've clearly been on top of their game having done 2 generations of our family, and God willing they'll do our future babies wedding in 20-30 years from now too. Our original caterer wedding caterer backed out 4 days before our wedding day. Within a couple of hours of sending Encore Catering an email, David S reached out to me saying they could cater our wedding. David was a pleasure to work with, he took the time to ask questions to ensure everything was exactly how we wanted it, and he came through with an amazing job. I can’t imagine how much effort it took to get everything organized for us in such a short time, but with David and Shiras’ amazing organization, hustle and determination, they gave us the wedding we have always wanted. I can’t say enough kind things about David, Shira and the Encore staff, but the smiles on our and our guests’ faces said everything. Thanks again so much, it was a pleasure working with you!

We the pleasure of working with Encore Catering for our wedding in November. The food served at our wedding was very important to my husband and I. David and the team were very flexible and practical, open to hearing our ideas for dishes and providing their expertise on what could work and what would not.
