Policies for Delivery & Modifying Orders


We deliver throughout Toronto and the GTA. Delivery to regions outside of the GTA may be arranged with a minimum order size; please contact orders@encorecatering.com to discuss.

We have three delivery zones; Zone 1, Zone 2, and Zone 3. Free Delivery is available in Zone 1 with a $100 minimum order. Free Delivery is not available for Zone 2 or Zone 3. Please see this map for the regions in Zone 1 and Zone 2. Regions not listed on the map are considered Zone 3. During Checkout you are asked to provide your postal code so you can be shown the delivery options that are available to you.

Orders are delivered daily, Monday to Saturday, between 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM. There are no deliveries on Sunday.

The deadline to place an order is two days prior at 5pm (eg. Monday at 5pm for delivery on Wednesday).

Yes, your preferred delivery date can be chosen when viewing your Cart or on the Checkout page.

We do offer curbside pickup on Monday to Friday between 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Please choose Curbside Pickup as the shipping option during Checkout. After your order is placed, one of our team members will contact you directly to provide further details for the pickup.

Modifying Orders

Of course! If you need to add something to your order please place another order and add in the Notes section that it is a combined order and make sure to reference your original Order Number. If the second order is less than the Free Delivery requirement, please select Curbside Pickup so you are not charged an additional Shipping Fee. Any modification must be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice in advance of your Delivery Date.

Unfortunately we are not able to modify an existing order. However we would be happy to swap the item for an alternative option of equal value. Any modification must be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice in advance of your Delivery Date.

If you’d like to cancel your order, a 15% fee of the Order Total is incurred to cover our administrative costs, credit card fees, and already purchased goods. For orders that are cancelled with a minimum of one week advance notice from the Delivery Date, we can issue a Gift Card for the full Order Total that can be used at your own discretion.
