Depending on the type of daily meal program your company is looking for, Encore Catering will design a custom corporate meal plan each week tailored to your team’s preferences, budget and dietary requirements. Our drivers provide reliable daily meal delivery to your office, and we can also have a dedicated team member on-site to ensure service runs smoothly and buffets are replenished as needed.
Consultation: The first step in developing a corporate daily meal program is to understand exactly what your company is looking for. We will ask questions to understand your schedule (For example, breakfast + lunch Monday–Friday or lunch-only three days/week), employee count, budget, style of service (hot buffet or individually packaged meals) and dietary needs.
Menu Planning: Once we have a better understanding of your company’s needs, we will put together a few sample menus to give you an idea of the style of meals we will be providing. Our Executive Chef will create a custom weekly menu that will be sent to you for approval prior to the start of the week.
Daily Delivery: Our drivers will deliver to your office in downtown Toronto or across the GTA each day and set up the meal according to your company’s preferences. Each menu item includes a tent card with a description and dietary information, ensuring the meals are accessible for all employees.
Service & Support: Encore Catering offers drop-off catering or on-site service. We recommend having an on-site server to ensure service runs smoothly, the buffet is replenished accordingly and to assist with clean up.
Feedback & Optimization: We value client feedback and use it to customize menus, adjust portions, and optimize scheduling, ensuring your company enjoys the best daily meal program experience in Toronto.
Encore Catering offers per person pricing with various pricing tiers and offerings in order to accommodate all budget requirements. Along with food, we will arrange all rentals and necessary equipment to execute service, which will be included in your proposal. We can provide weekly or monthly invoicing for your daily meal program.
All of our menu items include clear dietary information displayed on tent cards and labels, indicating whether each dish is Gluten Free, Nut Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian, or Vegan.
In addition, our chefs can customize meals to accommodate special dietary requests, including halal, so that every employee can safely enjoy a satisfying office breakfast or lunch.
